About Renting a Website for Your Business

How many web pages does a Basic business website rental for $69.99 a month contain? - The Basic Plan has the 5 basic pages needed for any business website.  

A Home page, an About Us Page, a Services Page, a Contact Page, and a Portfolio Photo Gallery/ or whatever you want to call your fifth page.

We specialize in designing websites for those in the wedding business - party industry, but can design a website for any business needing an online presence. You may want to sell a product via your website, or if you like to write, have a blog! You tell us what you would like on your 5 pages.

Does the $69.99 a-month rented business website Include Maintenance or Updates? - Yes, the Basic Plan, includes up to 2 updates/changes a month. For example, photos you send us, product pictures, link changes, text, and a photo. No changes in the Main website design or colors. That will not be changed after it is approved by you upon payment of the first month's rental. 

Why would I want to rent a website for my business? Easy... because you might not have the finances right now to purchase one, or just don't want to spend your money on that right now. Purchasing and having a website designer has a higher investment cost for a start-up business, especially if you want someone to maintain it for you.

Perhaps you are investing your money right now in products or other items... and super important, you may not have the time to learn to manage the website, and design it yourself, (which of course many of you can), but it is time-consuming learning all the different platforms. Another reason: You may be doing this business as a side-line, or part-time and do not want to invest too much in it, but want customers to see what you offer online, and get leads, which can lead to more sales. The bottom line for any business is the credibility factor and a way to market itself, which is the final and most important reason: You Need to Have an Internet Presence, it's your Online Business Card!

Are there any other monthly payments, like hosting, etc.? - No. It is included in the rental.

Can I see the completed website design before it is assigned to my business and published? - Yes!

How long before I see my website finished and published online? - 5-7 days depending on individual business factors related to you. Sometimes sooner. An initial Home page can be up in a day with A Coming Soon Sign!

Do I get a business email? - No, but we can link your current email to the contact form on the website.

Do I have to sign a yearly contract? - No. You pay month to month. You receive a Payment link. Website lease rentals are billed on the 1st of the month, due upon receipt of the payment link. The grace period is up until the 5th of the month.

Will I receive reports on my website traffic? - Yes, every three months.

Can I stop my payments at any time? - Yes. Then at that time, when you stop or do not make a payment, we will remove your business information from the  website.

Do I own the domain and website? - No. it is a rental. - You can plan to purchase it at a later time. 

If I stop paying the rental, can I purchase the domain name? - Yes, if it was purchased by us for you. Please Note: We do have some Prime domain names owned by us previously, which we might not sell. These were probably bought before you became our customer. For the one you rented at the time of payment, you will pay the appraised domain value at the time you wish to stop renting. The design is not included in the domain sale.  Web design is sold separately from domain sale. 

 
Can I go in and make edits myself? - No - if you need monthly edits/changes done often, (for example adding services, changing products for online sales, blog articles... We make the changes, limited on the website lease plan you choose. If at any time, you just need a small change like an address change, phone, etc., we can do that for you at no charge.

Can my website be bilingual in English and Spanish? - Yes

Who writes the text/content on my website? - We do. But if you want to supply your own text, you can.  For service and product sales or bloggers, just send us the images and description of the product to be uploaded or the blog article to be uploaded, and we will upload it for you in the Standard and Advanced website lease plans. There are limitations of uploads in each website rental plan. 

Do you use color images on the website? - Yes - we use some stock images, and we will design at least one custom image, especially for your business per page. You may also send us your own photos, you retain the right to those. We do not! 

 If you already have a logo you can also send it too, if not, we will create a basic logo for you. You will have a chance to preview it, and approve it.
