Please email high resolution images in JPG PNG or PDF formats - with your name, and your photographer’s name and their contact info.

You may send the names and websites of other professionals who made your party a success, in any city in Florida! Professionals may easily email us large files via Google Drive to: theeventlady@gmail.com

You will receive an agreement contract via email if selected for a feature, to insure copyright and liability issues.

Your Event will be considered for publication in our magazine pages, and you will be notified.

About Florida Weddings and Special Events Magazine - Our History

This is a Bridal and Quinceañera Magazine - Publication by The Event Lady.

Florida Weddings and Special Events Print Magazine launched in 2006, with informative content in English and Spanish. The Event Lady blended a Florida bridal magazine with the pages of a Florida quinceañera magazine, since both occasions basically require the same information and products. These wedding magazine pages were successfully printed with a total of nine beautiful, full color publications until 2009, and were distributed complimentary at the old Blockbuster locations of Naples and Fort Myers, plus many other select locations.

We have published again online, our 2024-2025 Florida weddings and quinceañera magazine, and now publish only in digital magazine formats shown on this page, which allows us to share it freely throughout social media. We publish quarterly.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: AS OF DECEMBER 2025, WE WILL OFFER A PRINT OPTION AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.

We will continue to contribute to the special event industry with helpful wedding articles, quinceañera tips, useful press releases from vendors, and anything useful on topics such as the latest bridal fashions, photography, bridal planning, bridal shows and expos, industry products, useful services, wedding trends, and also helpful quinceañera party planning resources. We hand pick our collaborators and photographers four our magazine issues.
