Reality Wedding TV is Here to Stay

The Event Lady of Florida Weddings and Special Events loves a good show... and television today is full of interesting choices. Now in our Hispanic bridal industry, we are definitely not staying behind on the reality TV scene. You now how last year, we told you about Quiero Mis Quince... well how about Quiero Mi Boda!
That is right... a spin-off on the quince version. My dear Latina brides, you can now submit your stories and try to be on the next real wedding entertainment show.
Now it is going to be interesting... they want a cultural mix... that is going to be a blast for sure!
MTV3 has launched the following Press Release to the Wedding Media, and it is my duty to share!

Good Luck My Latin Brides and Grooms! - Buena Suerte a las Novias y Novios de Origen Latino!
Happy Event Planning!

Info submitted by MTV3:
Quiero Mi Boda," takes an inside look at cross-cultural weddings and the hustle and bustle surrounding them. Weddings are a special event in the life of a couple: a day where not only two people join in matrimony but also a day when two families unite. Now imagine these two families being from completely different cultural backgrounds: different tastes, traditions and sometimes even different languages. That is "Quiero Mi Boda," a show that will go behind-the-scenes as these unique couples' lifetime unions come to life.

MTV3 is looking for brides and grooms planning to have their wedding this year between now and December 2009 who would be interesting? They want couples between the ages of 18-28 with diverse backgrounds who are entering into a mixed marriage. Ideally we want couples who have a great story to tell, and have a large families who are interesting, involved in the party planning and maybe both speak Spanish and English.

Florida Weddings and Special Events Weblog

The Event Lady's blog posts are focused on the wedding, sweet sixteen and quince/sweet fifteen
celebrations of Florida, we love to hear about many other social events happening in our own Florida communities.

A quince celebration is very much like a wedding reception; it is a traditional coming of age celebration in a young woman's life within the Hispanic culture.
The Event Lady is an expert in both weddings and quinceañera events, and feeling proud of her Cuban heritage; enjoys this very special niche of the special event industry. Quinces parties have very similar planning needs to a wedding event.

We invite Florida brides and quinceañeras of all nationalities to comment on our blogs, each one has a small cooment link on the bottom of each post.

We also invite wedding photographers to tell us about their great events; submit event images with your website credit on them of course on the lower right hand corner
so you can share bridal ideas and savvy wedding tips.

We invite any wedding and quince professionals to inform us about the latest industry news, useful articles and product updates.

We will review your submissions, and if we feel they could be good for this blog, then post them up for you so that the readers;
most importantly our Floridian brides, quince and sweet sixteen girls,
will have additional resources for their event coordination within our tropical Sunshine State region.
