at FGCU has turned in to an amazing community event. Celebrating its 5th year in existence, this pageant has given many young
Latinas an opportunity they'd never imagined.
(Bonita Springs , FL) August 6, 2008 - Registration is now open to
any and all young Latina ages 15-19 that are of Hispanic heritage and reside in the SW Florida area, and want to participate
in the 5th annual Miss Hispanic Gulf Coast Beauty Pageant this November. This pageant is a way to celebrate the positive attributes
that young Hispanic ladies have contributed to the SW Florida community and gives them an opportunity to win a scholarship
to continue their post secondary education.
The Miss Hispanic Gulf Coast Beauty Pageant is a personal development opportunity
for young Hispanic ladies that have never been involved in the pageant industry. The delegates who become a part of this pageant
will gain confidence and learn many skills through classes and practices given three months prior to the event. Topics include
nutrition, beauty, public speaking, modeling, dancing and even how to interview. The pageant offers each delegate the opportunity
to grow and advance her personal and career goals while acting as a role model in her community. Interested participants will
compete in the areas of Business Casual, Beachwear, Talent, Evening Gown and Interview.
All young ladies that are interested

The pageant will crown the 2008 Queen and two princesses along side with the title winners for Miss. Ambassador, Miss.
Photogenic, Miss. Congeniality, Miss Internet, and the People's Choice Award. The prizes among many others include gym,
spa and tanning memberships and a $4,000 scholarship to Florida Gulf Coast University .
The pageant
will take place this November in the Bonita Springs area under the direction of Mrs. Annette Gonzalez Sibert, Sponsorship
